Holiday Cheer 2025

Holiday happiness abounds in Thimble World this month. As the original Thimble display, I had to bring back a fuller size than last year's single table. I also missed MY home in the layout. So, with a second table in place, I'm happy to say I have my full length of Christmas Thimble World!
Enjoy!

Full-size city-side.

That outhouse would probably be VERY cold...

Christmas gift from my daughter--light up UFO. The small one rests on the gift's separate landing gear.

The City-side mountain. The telescope eyes the planets overhead.

In the middle of the city, carriage rides can be found.

Christmas/North Pole center.

And yes, there's a UFO here, too. Looks like a Santa and reindeer are being abducted!

Country side. Farms in full swing.

Travel around the country is interesting...

Sleigh ride while the Amish (or Mennonite) carriage heads for the covered bridge.

Tucked in the corner behind the bar is the distant town with Santa sailing overtop.

The Millenium Falcon hides out for now.

I'm happy to have my home back in the display.

I wasn't going to put up a tree, but I had to.

All the way below the tree are houses as well--and thimbles.

The big window display.

I was going to toss the wooden houses, but instead, I redid the lights inside and kept them.

I bought this lovely ceramic tree to replace my actual tree. It has options of bluebirds, redbirds, and different add-ons. For Christmas, I went with the blue and few red birds. Next month, I'll bring out more red birds. I also put together a winter carriage ride from an ornament and some horses I had laying around.

Beneath the TV has several little things...

Holiday Bigfoot peeks from behind the tree.

The North Pole

Charlie Brown tree.

The Santa and aliens globe I made.

Santa even takes a list from aliens!!

The Nook. Three levels of Christmas.

So many (thimble) gifts--and Ralphie is sliding away.

My new "creation." I wanted my Star Trek and Space trees combined. This is what I came up with. The ships are Original Series connections only. The globes around the "tree" are the Star Trek one, the galaxy, and the solar system.

Above the table (and Star Trek/Space tree) an elf is abducted by aliens in their UFO.

The bar is alight with lots of fun!

Grandma's House. My favorite creation that I put together for Christmas.

The library area and Charlie Brown with Linus picking a tree.

New (to me) houses.

The bar on the bar.

The mug tree.

When playing cards with friends, I'm typically the loser. I even requested a loser trophy so I had something to take home. The "Dead Ass Last" trophy with the donkey is it. And, since I have it so often, I have been making it a part of my displays. Drunk Santa and drunk snowman are it. The mugs make it hilarious as well as the antlers on the donkey. Snowman has an Icehouse beer mug.

Santa's mug is from Leavenworth, WA, and is a "nutcracker." Very appropriate.

Christmas thimble rack and decor.

Kitchen window decor.

Back to Star Trek..."The Wreath of Kahn." If you know, you know.

Fits in my hand.

And my dark side has to make a showing.

The Evil Snowman above has a twin--Happy. Poor Happy.

Several wreaths both inside and out.
Front door inside.

New lighted wreath. I wanted one so I could put a house in it.

Special "live" wreath for outside.

My annual wreath outside.

Only a few outside lights this year. I don't see a need to decorate outside where no one sees anything.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!
