It's August and that means it's time for the Fair! And in Thimble World, there's the Fair, a couple festivals, carnivals, and even a circus. Lots of fun in store here!
Let's head to the Fair first.
The Fair lights up for nighttime fun.
So many things in the main.
Helicopter ride. Live music. Rodeo. Timber carnival. The Beer gardens in the back.
Axe throwing, log sawing, log rolling. And there's fireworks over the paddlewheel boat.
Snuggled into the corner is an exclusive pub.
The roller coaster is in full swing!
Tractor races are on!
Another fair in the mountains.
Look who else "beamed" in for the fair!
On to the annual Covington Mountain Tractors and Trains Festival.
Speaking of festivals, let's take a peek in on the Bigfoot Festival--a Blue Ribbon winner at the local fair.
Ready for the new Carnival?
A Christmas caliope has been transformed! Flashing lights and the horses go up and down.
A backstage pass to a show prep. In the background, a couple ladies await the show.
The performer is prepared for a game of Monopoly.
And, there's another Carnival.
Rides. Clowns. Shows.
Then there's the circus...
