I added a picturesque background to make it prettier and hide the stuff behind. So far, I'm happy with it. I'll see how long these little things keep me smiling... just a little.

Well, with 2020 totally, unequivocally, screwed, I really didn't ever want to deal with my thimble displays again. I contemplated selling all of my thimbles. So, from March to about mid-June, I didn't bother. Then, I found myself missing them. They have been a big part of my life for a long, long time and I just missed having them around. So, although I don't have the time to mess with the big monthly display anymore, I put out the original Covington in my room. These are really only for my enjoyment, but I thought I would share these 2 at least. I don't know how long I'll keep going with them again, but, for now, there was June UFO and currently a 4th of July display.
